Real Homes, Real Feedback

John

Apex built our new home after a total loss through fire. Our preference was to choose a local builder, rather than the insurance company complete the build. The process was exceptional from quoting to completion, with efficient, timely and friendly communication. Bede & Heather are experienced, pragmatic and supported us to reach a thoughtful design. They were very generous with their ideas, explanations and time in creating and finalising the plans.

Bede kept us informed and updated throughout the build with short video messages so we could see the progess which was lovely. His assistance with some of the complex insurance company requests was invaluable. Heather kept us on track with our selections and was an encouraging sounding board for ideas. It meant we had plenty of time to make choices well before the trades on site required the hardware.

We absolutely love our new house! I would highly recommend Apex Homes & Granny Flats to anyone looking for an excellent local company that can get the job done right.
